Quod starts New Year with raft of promotions

Quod plannersPlanning consultancy Quod has promoted 17 staff, including four to director level, it has announced.

Matt Sherwood, Elva Phelan, Richard Frudd and Tom Vernon (pictured L-R) have all stepped up to director.

Sherwood has worked on a number of planning and infrastructure projects, including the proposed new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C.

Phelan specialises in socio-economics and has worked on projects including the Northern Line tube extension.

Frudd works across large and small projects at Quod North, while Vernon has worked on projects in the retail, residential, commercial, religious and education sectors.

In addition, Georgie Church, James Beynon, Mike Humphrey, Poppy Carmody-Morgan, Tom Hatch, Tony Gallagher, Vicky Lochead have all been promoted to associate.

A number of planners and consultants across the business were also promoted to senior consultants and senior planners.

A spokesman for the firm said: “This is the largest set of promotions in Quod’s history, reflecting what has been a very busy and successful year.”
