Adam Pyrke is joining consultancy Cushman & Wakefield’s development and planning team in London.

Pyrke joins as a director from rival firm Colliers International, where he managed the London planning team.

He has been appointed, according to bosses, due to his expertise in residential, commercial and retain development in London and the South East.

Tim Johnson, senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s development and planning team, said the appointment was part of a growth in the firm’s planning offer nationally.

Prior to his role at Colliers, Pyrke was a partner at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, a former incarnation of his new company.

He has a bachelor’s degree in planning from Oxford Brookes University.
