Property firm boosts planning potential with senior appointment

A property company has backed up an expansion drive in planning by appointing a new senior director in its Manchester office.

Iain Jenkinson (pictured) joined CBRE Planning from GVA and is part of an expansion focusing on London, Birmingham, Bristol and Scotland. 

In his previous role as senior director at GVA he led on projects including the second Mersey Crossing and City Place, Chester’s new business quarter.

He said: “The Manchester office has a truly global reach: my focus is on growing a northern planning and development team focused on Manchester and Leeds."
