Consultancy Pro Vision Planning and Design has expanded its Winchester office with the addition of two new planners.

Kirstin Gray (right) joins the firm as a senior planner after working at West Berkshire Council as a planning officer since 2008.

She is joined by Katherine Miles, who gives up her position as senior planning officer at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to become senior planning consultant.

Gray worked as an interior designer before retraining as a planner, gaining a bachelors degree in spatial planning from Oxford Brookes University.

Miles has a bachelors in town planning in addition to a masters in town and country planning from the University of Reading. She is now MRTI accredited.

Pro Vision provides town planning, architectural and urban design services and has another office in Berkshire.
