Manchester consultancy expands as workloads rise

A Manchester-based consultancy has made several appointments on the back of rising workloads. 

Euan Kellie Property Solutions has recruited Kathy Bibby who previously worked for Gladman Developments and Taylor Young, as a planning consultant.

She will support directors Euan Kellie and Kelly Paddick in advising, preparing and submitting planning applications.

Bibby said: “The broad range of projects the firm is currently working on appeals to me and I am excited to become part of a young, dynamic team.”

The company has also recruited Jessica Davison following stints at Donaldsons, DTZ, and JLL as business manager.

Kellie said: “Kathy has a wealth of experience on a wide range of planning issues; Jessica has worked for some of the UK's largest property firms and will bring a valuable resource to our team.”
