Planning Potential announces appointment and promotion

Consultancy Planning Potential has announced an appointment and a promotion in its London office.

Penny Moss (pictured) has joined the firm as an associate. Moss has more than 15 years’ private sector experience and was previously at consultancy Montagu Evans.

Meanwhile, Sam Elliott has been promoted to planner from planning assistant.
