Rebekah JubbA planning consultancy in the south of England has expanded by recruiting two new members of staff.

The two new senior planners at Bell Cornwell are Kristina Wall, who previously worked at Hampshire County Council and Paris Smith solicitors and Elizabeth Holmes who joined from Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.

The firm, which has offices in Hook, Hampshire – where the two new recruits will be based – as well as Exeter in Devon and Amersham in Buckinghamshire wants to open a London office this year.

Partner Rebekah Jubb (pictured) told Planning: “We are expanding, planning for progression and seeing workloads rise across all sectors.

“While there is an undoubted focus on housing, one area some clients are also looking at is future need for new, flexible office floorspace.”
