Gartland joins Peter Brett Associates

Consultancy Peter Brett Associates (PBA) has appointed Ella Gartland as a principal planner in its Manchester office.

Gartland leaves WYG, which acquired her previous employer Higham & Co last year.

Bernard Greep, who heads up PBA’s Manchester office, said Gartland had wide-ranging planning experience, dealing with residential, industrial and mixed-use developments on behalf of both private and public-sector clients.

He said 2014 had started of busily for the firm and that it had a "strong" pipeline of work.

"We are very pleased to welcome Ella to help us deliver these exciting projects and she brings a lot of experience in the sectors that we are increasingly active in," he said.

Prior to joining Higham & Co, Gartland worked at West Lancashire Council and at consultants GVA.
