Partington moves to director role at Turley Glasgow

Stephen Partington TurleyPlanning consultancy Turley has appointed Stephen Partington as director in its Glasgow planning team.

Partington joins the practice from housebuilder Stewart Milne Homes, where he was senior land manager in the strategic land division.

His appointment is aimed at strengthening Turley’s offering within the residential sector in Scotland.

Partington said: “After working for many years with a major Scottish housebuilder, I am delighted to return to the world of planning consultancy. In particular I will focus on growing our involvement with the residential sector."

In his previous job, Partington was vice chair then chair of the Strathclyde committee of quango Homes for Scotland.

A chartered planner, he also worked as a principal planner at former Scottish planning consultancy Farningham McCreadie, and as a planning assistant at property adviser Edmund Kirby.
