A Nottinghamshire council is expanding its planning team to help it tackle ‘high levels of growth and significant interest in housing development’.

Rushcliffe Borough Council, located at to the south of Nottingham, says it has a requirement to deliver 13,150 new homes by 2028.

To help it tackle this, the authority has created a new post for an additional planning assistant/officer.
