Northern practice expands to take on housing and commercial work

Increasing housing demand has prompted a consultancy to recruit and promote two members of staff at its Manchester practice.

NJL Consulting has promoted Justine Entezari from planning consultant to senior planning consultant. Hollie Barton joins from University of Manchester where she graduated in town planning.

Annabel Partridge, an associate director who joined last summer from Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, told Planning: “The retail and commercial sectors are busy right now.

“But there is also a lot of residential work, as Chester East is going through examination and there are a lot on inquiries related to housing.”
