North Hertfordshire appoints two senior planners

North Hertfordshire District Council has appointed two senior planning officers.  

The council has appointed Heather Lai, who joins from the London Borough of Islington, and Andrew Hunter, who joins from East Hertfordshire District Council.  

Both will be senior planning officers in development management.
