New Windsor and Maidenhead regeneration chief named

ChrisHiltonChris Hilton has joined the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as director of regeneration and economic development.

Hilton joined the council last week from the London Borough of Croydon, where he was senior regeneration manager.

Hilton said: "There are some very exciting development schemes in the pipeline for Maidenhead town centre and I am particularly looking forward to ensuring that these are delivered to the highest possible standards."

Michael-John Saunders, the council's cabinet member for planning and property, said: "We welcome Chris and look forward to enjoying the benefits of his expertise and experience, including a strong track record of combining physical regeneration and economic development programmes."
