New planner for Hive Land and Planning

Manchester-based consultancy Hive Land and Planning has promoted one of its team members to the position of planner.

Kieran Blaydes moves up from his previous role of graduate development planner and surveyor, having been elected to be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in October.

Before joining the firm, Blaydes was a graduate planner at consultancy Barton Willmore.

According to Hive, in his new role, Blaydes will be preparing, submitting and managing planning applications, submitting representations on local plans, searching for sites and brokering deals on behalf of clients including Countryside Properties, Story Homes, BCEGI and Preston City Council.
