New partner at Deloitte in Manchester

Deloitte Real Estate has promoted John Cooper from head of its north west planning team to partner.
Cooper joined as a graduate in 1998 and advises on major city centre regeneration projects. Past projects have included the St. John’s Quarter.
Deloitte senior partner in the north west, Richard Bell, said: “John has been instrumental in planning some of the most important regeneration schemes in Manchester to date.
“As Manchester continues to grow as the centre of the 'Northern Powerhouse' network, we are seeing more projects that deliver developments and reshape our city and its neighbourhoods.”
