Murphy to head up new Barton Willmore team

Andrew Murphy (pictured) has been appointed to head a new development consulting team which has been established by consultancy Barton Willmore.

Barton Willmore said that the new team will be based in London's Soho and will specialise in "providing support to landowners, developers, and local authorities in respect of feasibility studies and viability assessments, due diligence reviews, and the negotiation of affordable housing, section 106 agreements, and review mechanisms". 

Newly appointed director, Andrew Murphy, will lead the new service alongside associate, Oliver Dawson, who both join from consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton.

According to Barton Willmore, Murphy has worked on projects including the redevelopment of London's Earls Court , and the extension of the Westfield Shopping Centre in west London.
