Morris appointed deputy chief executive at Sevenoaks

Sevenoaks District Council has appointed its chief planning officer, Richard Morris, as deputy chief executive and chief officer for planning and regulatory services.

Morris has been chief planning officer at the council since 2013, and prior to that was head of planning services at Elmbridge Borough Council.

He is also president of the Planning Officers Society and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
