Nigel OzierProperty consultancy Aitchison Raffety is expanding its planning division to help it tackle growing workloads across the board in the Midlands.

Planning division managing director Nigel Ozier told Planning: "We have seen a jump in workloads across residential, commercial, retail and leisure sectors.

"Although this is a big company the planning division is not in the league of the Locks and Pegasuses of this world. But we have achieved big success with a range of clients."

Aitchison Raffety is looking to expand its Northampton-based planning team, which currently numbers three, to five but recruiting a senior planning consultant and planning consultant.

"The postholders will take on applications, appraisals and appeals, written reports and planning, design and access statements," said Ozier (pictured).
