McGrath joins Satplan as an associate

Joanne McGrath has left Warrington Borough Council for a new position in the private sector.
McGrath worked at Warrington Council for 14 years. She began as a development control officer and rose to principal policy officer.
She is now an associate at consultancy Satplan, based in Warrington.
