Mahoney joins Troy Planning + Design

Troy Planning + Design has appointed Lily Mahoney as an urban planner.
Mahoney is based in the firm’s London office and joins from Sevenoaks District Council.
She graduated in 2017 from Henley Business School at the University of Reading with a Masters in Spatial Planning and Development.
