Maddox announces new appointment

London-based planning consultancy Maddox has appointed a new planner and made two promotions.
Dylan Kerai began his career at Tetlow King and joins Maddox as a planner in its Spitalfields office.
The company has also promoted Matt Hill to an associate and Georgia Barrett (pictured) to senior planner.
