LUC appoints Manchester planning chief

Multi-disciplinary consultancy LUC has appointed an associate director to lead its Manchester planning team.
Melissa Kurihara has joined the firm from Salford’s public-private services partnership Urban Vision, and before that worked for Stafford Borough Council.
