Property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed two new directors in its Glasgow planning team.
David Campbell (pictured, right) and Graeme Laing (left) join from rival firm GL Hearn, where both have worked for more than a decade.
The appointment comes as part of a strategic growth plan by LSH north of the border.
John Hill, development director at the firm (centre) said: “David and Graeme have acted for house builders, retailers, developers and landowners across Scotland. They’ve got a track record of success from greenfield housing land releases, retail and commercial development, student housing, health and public sector work.”
Prior to joining GL Hearn, Campbell was a senior planner at consultancy DPP in Glasgow and had previous roles as a planner at East Renfrewshire Council and South Ayrshire Council.
He has a bachelor’s degree in town planning from University of Strathclyde.
Laing, who was a planning director at GL Hearn, has also worked as a planner at DPP and an assistant planner at Gosport Borough Council.
He has a master’s degree in town and country planning from Heriot Watt University and a postgraduate diploma in surveying from the University of Reading.
