London mayoral viability team recruits two

The mayor of London’s specialist viability team has made two appointments.

Jane Seymour has been appointed as development viability expert advisor and Ricky Ching as senior strategic planner (viability).  

Seymour was previously regeneration and delivery manager at the London Borough of Greenwich. Ching was deputy team leader for viability and obligations at the London Borough of Islington.
