Lichfields promotes planning staff

Planning consultancy Lichfields has announced a raft of promotions across its business.

The announcement comes after the firm rebranded from its previous name of Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners.

James Fennell, senior director and chief executive at the practice (pictured), said the promotions had been made in recognition of work done to help grow the business.

Cem Kosaner has been made planning director in the firm’s Cardiff office after serving as senior planner.

Aisling Kelly in Leeds, Rachel Davies in London and Brian O’Connor in Manchester have all been made associate directors.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Irvine in Cardiff, Jade Scott-Meikle in Edinburgh and Alun Davies in Manchester have all been made senior planners.
