Leeds planning chief retires

Leeds town hallTim Hill has retired from his post as chief planning officer at Leeds City Council. 

Hill worked at Leeds Council for nearly nine years. He was previously chief planning and housing officer at Bolton Council. Prior to that he was director of transport, planning and sustainability at the North West Regional Assembly.
