Lambert Smith Hampton appoints new national retail planning chief

Consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Steven Norris (pictured left) as its new national head of regeneration, retail and town centre consultancy.

Norris, who joins from consultancy Carter Jonas, has nearly 30 years’ experience advising local planning authorities, regeneration bodies, developers, operators, investors and landowners on all aspects of town centre, retail, leisure and economic planning and development.

LSH has also appointed chartered planner Blathnaid Duffy (pictured right) as a director. According to LSH, Duffy is a specialist in “evidence-based retail and economic assessment”. She also joins from Carter Jonas.
