Jaggard leaves Oxford City Council for new role

Mark Jaggard, Oxford City Council’s planning policy and specialist services manager, is leaving the authority to take on a new position.  

Jaggard leaves Oxford City Council after 17 years for a new role as head of planning and economic development at Chiltern and South Bucks District Councils. The two councils share planning services.  

He starts the new role on Monday 9 July.
