Irish planner joins Aitcheson Raffety

Luke Martin, Aitcheson RaffetyLuke Martin has joined chartered surveying and town planning consultancy Aitchison Raffety as an assistant planner.

Martin joins the firm from Cork City Council in the Republic of Ireland, where he worked as a planning officer.

He joins the firm’s Northampton office and will get involved in projects across different aspects of planning.

Martin also worked with An Bord Pleanála, the Irish planning inspectorate, where he assisted inspectors working on strategic infrastructure development cases.

At Cork, he worked on policy development, undertaking research for future planning policies.

He has a RTPI-accredited master’s degree in planning and sustainable development from University College, Cork.
