Inspired Villages Group appoints planning director

Specialist developer Inspired Villages Group has announced the appointment of Stuart Garnett as planning director.
According to the firm, Garnett’s appointment will help it meet “increasing growth ambitions, bringing a wealth of experience from the retirement living sector.”
Garnett joins from Savills where he was responsible for residential projects including retirement living, healthcare and mixed-use schemes.
