Rising workloads in the commercial sector have led a planning consultancy to take on a new member of staff and look for more recruits.

Hunter Page Planning has taken on Adam White from Tewkesbury Borough Council as its latest planning recruit. It is also looking to fill a vacancy for a senior planner at its Swindon office.

“Our expansion programme started in 2014 with the opening of the Swindon office,” director Anne Pawsey told Planning.

“Most of the new work is from our existing client base together with new clients, many of whom are looking at predominantly commercial opportunities. Our workload is snowballing".
