Iceni Projects hires two directors to lead new economics team

Planning consultancy Iceni Projects has appointed two directors to join its newly formed economics team.

Matt Kinghan (above left) and Paul McColgan (above right) have joined Iceni director Nick Ireland to lead the team, having previously headed up property consultancy GL Hearn’s economic planning team.

Kinghan specialises in employment land strategy, economic needs assessment, town centre regeneration and strategic planning.

Meanwhile, McColgan specialises in producing evidence-based studies for local authorities and property developers. His main focus is on producing local housing needs assessments.
