Iceni Projects appoints new planning associate

James Jaulim has joined consultancy Iceni Projects to lead its environmental impact management team.

Jaulim was previously senior consultant at planning consultancy Schofield Lothian, and before that, was an associate director at planning consultancy Lichfields.

He was also a planning manager at Heathrow Airport, working on the development consent order for its expansion project, and a planning officer at the Olympic Delivery Authority.

He is a chartered town planner and a practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
