Emily PenkettPlanning consultancy Hunter Page Planning (HPP) has appointed a new planning assistant to help the practice meet growing workloads.

Emily Penkett (pictured), recently graduated from University of Leeds. HPP is sponsoring her to study for a part-time planning MA.

The practice, based in Cheltenham, has also promoted senior planner James Griffin to associate in response to the rapidly rising workloads.

Griffin began his career at Tewkesbury Borough Council and was then employed at Cotswold District Council before joining HPP in January 2015.

“James’ new role will involve managing his own team of planners, while dealing with more complex planning cases", senior planner Anne Pawsey said.
