Housebuilder appoints planner as new land manager

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has appointed a planner as its new land manager for the North West.

Max Mutemererwa joins the firm from his previous role as land manager at developer Avant Homes.

He has also previously worked as a land buyer at developer Countryside, an assistant land buyer at retirement homes specialist McCarthy & Stone, and a land associate at estate agent Fine & Country.

Mutemererwa has a master's degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Birmingham, and a degree in MPLAN property development and planning from the University of the West of England.
