Hourigan Connolly appoints senior planner

Consultancy Hourigan Connolly has appointed Niall Mellan as senior planner at its Manchester office.
Mellan joins from housebuilder Countryside Properties prior to which he was employed by Persimmon Homes, Cheshire West and Chester Council and Chorley Council.
