Hourigan Connolly appoints associate

Manchester-based consultancy Hourigan Connolly has appointed a new associate.

Ella Gartland joins the practice from Peter Brett Associates and has also held positions at GVA, West Lancashire Borough Council and WYG.  

Gartland said: "I’m delighted to have been welcomed into the team at Hourigan Connolly which I know is highly regarded in the North West and beyond".
