Hounslow appoints senior infrastructure planner

The London Borough of Hounslow has appointed a new senior infrastructure planner.

According to the council, Jessica Devlin will lead on drafting the borough's infrastructure delivery plan and schedule for emerging local plan reviews.

She will also work on transport infrastructure-related policies, local plan review viability, a community infrastructure levy (CIL) charging schedule review, and the CIL strategic funds allocation and spend process.
