Hopkins Homes appoints new planning chief

Housebuilder Hopkins Homes has appointed Jonathan Lieberman as its new head of planning.
Lieberman joins from consultancy Boyer where he was an associate director.
Hopkins Homes said that Lieberman will oversee and manage the housebuilding company’s strategic land portfolio and manage applications through the planning system.
