Holmes celebrates Tanner & Tilley promotion

Bournemouth planning consultancy Tanner & Tilley has promoted Matt Holmes to the position of director.

Holmes, who joined the firm in 2008 as a senior planner, worked his way up to associate director prior to his promotion.

In his new role, he will continue to manage his existing client base while assisting in the running of the business.

Managing director Peter Tanner said: “Matt’s appointment as a director marks the start of an important new phase in the further growth and development of Tanner & Tilley.

“He is an experienced and safe pair of hands on whom many of our Clients have come to rely.”

Prior to joining the firm, Holmes served as a planning officer at Borough of Poole Council, after serving as a trainee at Bournemouth Borough Council.

He has gained a masters in town planning from the University of West England
