Hinton goes it alone with new consultancy

Kelvin Hinton has retired as planning policy manager with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
Hinton has over 40 years' experience working in local planning authorities in development management and policy roles.
He has now established his own consultancy, KH Town Planning, based in Hailsham, East Sussex (pictured).
