Hedley Planning Services announces promotion

North East consultancy Hedley Planning Services has promoted Joe Ridgeon to director.     

The promotion will see Ridgeon working alongside managing director Sean Hedley on the growth of the firm, which is based in Hexham, Northumberland.     

Ridgeon has previously worked as a strategic land manager at housebuilder Avant Homes.
