Growth in Scotland fuels planning team expansion

A real estate business has expanded its planning team in Scotland to tackle increasing workloads across a range of sectors.

Colliers International recruited Meabhann Crowe as a senior planning consultant.

She joins from Halliday Fraser Munro and has a track record in renewable energy, commercial, retail, mixed-use and residential projects.

Head of planning Anthony Aitken (pictured above) told Planning: “Our team covers the entire Scottish market with particular strength and depth in private-sector commercial projects and strategic settlement expansion.”

Crowe said: “The range of projects being spearheaded by Colliers’ planning team touches every corner of Scotland.”
