GL Hearn promotions July 2015

Property consultancy GL Hearn has promoted three planners in its London and Manchester offices as part of a strategy to grow and develop the business.

Environmental planner Krishanthi Carfrae (pictured left) has been promoted to associate director in the Manchester office, while Catriona Fraser (middle) has been given the same title in the London office.

Planner Laura Kettle (right) becomes a senior planner in Manchester.

Brian Sloggett, managing director at GL Hearn, said: “We are now seeing clients pushing into regional markets to a greater extent and the demand for our services is increasing accordingly.

“We took the strategic decision to invest heavily in skilled specialists across all our areas of operation.”

Carfae works on large projects requiring environmental impact assessments and has a master’s degree in landscape, planning and management, town and country planning and landscape from the University of Manchester.

Fraser is a member of the firm’s occupier team and has worked at planning consultancies Turley Associates and GVA. She has a master’s in city planning and regeneration from University of Glasgow.

Kettle joined GL Hearn in 2011 as an assistant planner and manages projects with several councils and infrastructure bodies.

She has both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in urban studies and planning from the University of Sheffield.
