Property consultancy GL Hearn has appointed two planners as part of an expansion of its Manchester office.
Krishanthi Carfrae, a specialist environmental planner, has been recruited to strengthen GL Hearn’s work in electrical infrastructure projects.
Ryan McTeggart has been appointed as an assistant planner focusing on planning schemes within the development group.
Head of the firm in the Manchester office director Stephen Downey said: “Our policy of investing heavily in skilled specialists across our areas of operation is continuing with these recent additions to our team."
Carfrae, who is also chair of the Landscape Institute North West, previously worked as senior environmental planner at consultancy TEP - The Environment Partnership.
A chartered planner, she gained a masters in landscape, planning and management, town planning and landscape architecture from the University of Manchester.
McTeggart recently graduated from the same university with a masters in town and country planning.
