GL Hearn appoints two directors

Consultancy GL Hearn has made two new appointments to its planning, development and regeneration business.



Paul McColgan (above) has been appointed as an associate director and will focus on housing and economic issues. He joins from GVA where he was a senior consultant working on major planning and regeneration projects.

GL Hearn has also hired Alex Christopher (below) as an associate director to work in the company’s investor and developer planning team.



Christopher was previously an associate director at BNP Paribas Real Estate and started his career as a planner at Plymouth City Council.

GL Hearn’s planning, development and regeneration business currently employs around 80 people.
