GL Hearn appoints two directors at Manchester office

Consultancy GL Hearn has announced the appointment of Neil Pickering and Andrew Rennie as new directors at its Manchester office.

In a statement, the firm said that Rennie specialises in areas including development management for residential and mixed-use projects.

Pickering brings with him almost 30 years of experience in development management and regeneration consultancy, split between the public and private sectors.

Deborah McLaughlin, head of housing delivery and strategy at GL Hearn, said: “Both Neil and Andrew bring with them a wealth of vital expertise, and will help strengthen GL Hearn’s reputation and experience in development management.

“I look forward to working with them as we seek to expand GL Hearn’s delivery of housing-related projects.”
