GL Hearn appoints new North West planning chief

Consultancy GL Hearn has appointed a new head of planning for the North West.
Andrew Bradshaw, who will be based in the firm’s Manchester office, has over 20 years’ experience working in the public and private sector.
He joins from WYG Group, also a consultancy firm.
