GL Hearn appoints new assistant planners

Consultancy GL Hearn has appointed two new assistant planners at its Manchester office.

In a statement, the firm said that it had appointed Andrew Rogers and Anna Blackwell to take on the roles.

Rogers has a masters degree in town planning and has previously carried out placement year with Barratt and David Wilson Homes in Solihull, working as an undergraduate land and planning manager.

Blackwell graduated from Newcastle University with an MSc in Town Planning. According to GL Hearn, she is currently working on several strategic projects, as well as a number of housing infrastructure fund bids for locations across the North.
