GL Hearn announces three appointments

Consultancy GL Hearn has announced three appointments. 

The firm said that Andrew Murphy (pictured) has joined as a new viability development director, providing advice to “landowners, developers and local authorities in the form of feasibility studies, viability assessments, due diligence reviews and the negotiation of affordable housing, section 106 agreements and review mechanisms”. 

Oliver Dawson has joined as an associate director in viability. He will cover “feasibility studies, viability assessments, due diligence reviews and the negotiation of affordable housing, section agreements and review mechanisms”, the firm said. 

Murphy and Dawson both join from consultancy Barton Willmore. 

Meanwhile, Will Sproul has joined as director of compulsory purchase orders and development management. He joins from engineering consultancy Ardent.
